  • Q.1
Could you send me a bibliography of some relevant or key articles?

  • A.1
Since we are not experts in Climate Change research, we don't know the best articles or journals to read. However, there are excellent Climate Change related materials at Internet Web sites here, there and everywhere. We hope the contents at these web sites may help you.

  • Q.2
Is there anyway to download - that is, RECORD the direct feeds so I don't have to be online for hours to watch it by RealPlayer?

  • A.2
No. Although we have RECORDED sessions on file, it takes almost the same amount of time to download a file as to watch an entire session over the modem. So, it is not practical to download directly.

  • Q.3
Can you improve the quality of the video? We couldn't read the characters on the slides or OHPs.

  • A.3
No. We adjust video quality so that we can broadcast to users that have 28.8Kbps modems over the telephone If we try to improve picture quality, video frames will get lost over the Internet.

  • Q.4
I experience "server time-outs" or Real Audio error #28 with some frequency and with only a > 28.8 modem; Can you help me?

  • A.4
A Description of error encountered in RA can be retreaved as here. It seems that your connecting server or the network itself is congested. You may improve the situation by choosing your nearest (lightest) splitter from the menu.
